The primary method of payment is by direct deposit; however, we can discuss alternative options if needed. We also have EFTPOS available onsite.
4. When do I need to pay?
A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking date, with the remaining amount due upon completion of the job.
5. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we have full insurance, the necessary licenses for our trucks, and we’ve passed background checks.
6. How long have you been in business?

7. Where do you offer your services?
We provide services throughout Greater Sydney.
8. How do you determine your pricing?
Pricing can vary for each job, as it depends on several factors. That’s why we offer a free quote to evaluate your specific situation.
9. Do I need to show you the property to get a quote?
You can obtain a quote by phone or email, but for an accurate estimate, it’s best to view the property in person.
10. What information do you need for a quote if I'm unable to show you the property?
Please send some photos of the property, which would help us provide you with a more accurate quote.
11. What should I expect on the day of the job?
Our team will arrive on time and handle everything to make the process as easy as possible for you.
12. Are there any items you won't take away during the clearance?
Yes, we do not remove asbestos.
13. How do you remove items from the house?
We will hand-load all items onto our trucks for removal.
14. How many people will you send for the job?
The number of staff may change depending on the size of the job.
15. Do I need to be at the property during the job?
You don’t have to be present, but you’re welcome to stay if you’d like.
16. What cleaning products do you use?
We use products like disinfectant, bleach, and window cleaner.
17. Where do you take usable items?
We donate usable items to places like the Salvos, St Vincent de Paul, and Lifeline.
18. Do I get to decide what gets thrown away or donated?
Absolutely!
19. Will the clearance take more than one day?
Yes, most homes require more than a day to finish clearing out.
20. Will you also clean the outside areas of the property?
Yes, we can clean both the backyard and front yard as part of our service.
